Biography

Kristabel Konta is a rising senior, pursuing a double major in Government and Economics. As a War and Peace fellow and member of the Ujima Dance Troupe, she finds inspiration in both international affairs and artistic expression. Kristabel has been involved as a student assistant at the Rockefeller Center working on projects alongside former Deputy Director Hall and later joining the Management, Leadership, and Development Program team.

Passionate about the intricate connection between the financial industry and policy, she spent her junior summer working at the Office of Innovation in the American Bankers Association. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience in the lobbying industry again in Washington, D.C.

Kristabel aspires to undertake a personal project focused on fostering youth civic engagement and instilling genuine passion for active participation beyond resume-building endeavors. Looking ahead, she plans to pursue graduate studies after gaining a few years of post-college work experience.
