Nathan A. Thompson

National Indian Health Board

Nathan Thompson '25 is from Trappe, Maryland and graduated from Kent School. He was a National AP Scholar, Mu Alpha Theta Scholar, Math Team Captain, Peer Tutor, and participated in IT'S ACADEMIC TV competition. He also competed on the Varsity Cross Country, state finalist Basketball and champion Crew teams. At Dartmouth, Nathan is a member of the Men's Heavyweight Crew Team. He also serves as treasurer for Dartmouth Students for Habitat for Humanity and Pi Lambda Sigma Governmental Pre-Professional Society, is a writer/researcher for the Dartmouth Undergraduate Journal of Science, works on The Dartmouth newspaper advertising and finance team, and participates in the Nathan Smith Medical Society. In his free time, he enjoys the Dartmouth Outing mountain biking club. He intends to major in Neurobiology/Applied Mathematics, with minors in public policy and chemistry. After Dartmouth, Nathan plans to attend medical school, pursue an MPH, and hike the Appalachian Trail with his family.
