As a leader or a manager, it's important to become proficient in communicating through a conflict. Building your knowledge of resources and capacity to manage conflict in real-time will be invaluable to you and those you lead. This workshop will help you identify and understand the causes of conflict, understand elements that factor into it, and introduce you to frameworks that will enhance your effectiveness in communicating through challenging situations.
