Each term the Management Leadership Development Program provides students with the opportunity to reflect on their leadership experience and build the skills to be more effective leaders. At each session, participants are asked to nominate their peers for excellence.

The Rockefeller Center’s Management and Leadership Development Program Officer Robin Frye said that MLDP hopes to co-sponsor dinners with the Tuck Mentors program and help encourage students to join because the two programs complement each other.

The Rockefeller Center is honored to announce the 10-year anniversary of the Management and Leadership Development Program, fondly known to many as MLDP. What began as a pilot program in 2009, has impacted the lives of over 1000 leaders from the Dartmouth undergraduate and alumni community.
